Then imagine that this newly found sister of yours travels the world opening her mind to all sorts of new thoughts and practicing her art– photography, writing, design – so that she's able to help you turn what's in your head into something real, compelling, beautiful, tangible. Let's also add in there that she's been self-employed for nearly 15 years and has begun 3 startups, each more successful than the last. That would be me.
I'm just a small town girl who consistently makes decisions that freak her parents out and confuse her friends– and then ends up inspiring them all.
For my entire life, I have felt that what was presented to me as the best path for a young, ambitious, creative girl was just lacking– in respect for my own desires, in opportunity for my own unique gifts, in support of my own bravery and adequacy.
Fate intervened many times to push me off of the paths that were meant for me. At the time, I'd considered those moments to be failures, but now I see them as the universe having my back and preparing me for a bigger future. Now, if this sounds a little too woo-woo for you, you're probably not in the right place. I believe fully in the power of what is unseen, including the immense power of our own thinking.
I had to find my own path, build my own career, create a day-to-day life that worked with my own neurodiversity rather than against it. It was really scary, and especially taxing before I knew about coaching, thought work, meditation, and my own societally-shaped beliefs.
I want to make that path a little easier and quicker for you, and I want to make sure you never feel alone in it. Coaching is how I do it.
